1-man and 2-man carp fishing bivvies with overwraps, groundsheets, and quick-erect frames. Waterproof 10,000mm HH. OEM manufacturing with custom branding.
Compact 1-man bivvies for mobile fishing and spacious 2-man models for long sessions with gear storage.
Heavy-duty waterproof fabric withstands prolonged rain. Taped seams and reinforced stress points prevent leaks.
Optional overwrap creates an insulating air gap for winter fishing, reducing condensation and retaining warmth.
Full groundsheet with zip-out sections. Keeps moisture, insects, and cold out. Easy to clean between sessions.
Fine mesh mosquito panel for summer sessions. Allows airflow while keeping insects out of your sleeping area.
Lightweight aluminium frame with shock-corded poles. Set up in under 5 minutes, even in the dark.
A 1-man bivvy (typically 250-280cm wide, 200-230cm deep) fits a standard bedchair with space to sit up and store tackle. A 2-man bivvy (300-340cm wide, 260-300cm deep) gives room for two anglers or one angler with extensive gear. Most solo carp anglers choose a 1-man for weight savings and faster setup.
Hydrostatic head (HH) measures waterproof resistance in millimetres. 5,000mm HH handles light to moderate rain. 10,000mm HH handles heavy prolonged rain and is the standard for serious carp fishing bivvies. Anything below 5,000mm will leak in sustained downpours.
An overwrap is essential for winter fishing. It creates an insulating air gap between the inner and outer layers, significantly reducing condensation inside the bivvy and retaining body heat. In summer, the overwrap is unnecessary and adds weight.
Condensation forms when warm moist air meets cold fabric. Reduce it by: using an overwrap in cold weather, leaving a small vent open at the back, avoiding cooking inside the bivvy, and keeping wet gear outside. A groundsheet also helps by blocking ground moisture.
